Disappointed

I am so disappointed with this shop. I bought something online and put the receiver to be my mother, I called and confirm that she did not receive a message and I was told that when she gets to the truworths store in Tzaneen she can tell them that she did not receive a message and they will call customer care on her behalf, when she gets there she's told that I need to write a letter stating that she must collect the parcel. That time all her details were included when I ordered the stuff online. I called and spoke to Bongani today and he confirmed that he called the Tzaneen truworths and they confirmed that she can come collect the parcel when she gets there she was told that no one called the store. I am so ****ed and disappointed firstly a big retail store like truworths doesn't even have a system to regenerate SMS's. The sun is blazing and you making my mother to go up and down like a crazy person. Pathetic
