Disappointed

I am looking for an item with style ***, firstly I called sandton city and the lady dropped the phone on me only to call back and she still sounded as if I am irritating her. I then called Rosebank, also your staff sounded as if I am giving them more work and that I am bothering them. I called Cresta which then said they have 1 item in stock but they cant find it on the floor and then I was transferred to a stock room and the lady working there was so pleasant and unfortunately they could not find the item. I am now calling The Glen and the numbers listed are not working (***) are not in service and the *** number rings without being answered. Is this the type of service Truworths prides itself in. I am very disappointed into the attitudes of your staff.
