Disappointed customer

Bought a Hisense phone a year back (15/06/2020) from the pavilion branch ,less that one year later (June 2021) ,the phone speaker was a problem ,( cant hear sound when you answer call) sent in in for repairs , waited +/- 5 weeks for it to be fixed , only to experience the same fault/problem again one week later, not sure what they fixed, this is absolutely frustrating, I do not stay near the Pavilion mall , to keep bringing the phone in for repairs , especially during this covid pandemic, Very disappointed customer
