Disappointed customer
I've been a loyal Truworths customer for more than 20 years and have always been happy with the quality of the clothing. However, I recently bought undergarments for almost R1000 and after the second wear there was damage and tearing despite looking well made. In addition, the garments are extremely uncomfortable and now I'm stuck with them. So very disappointed!

18 May 2021, 14:26Underwear cannot be returned - that is Truworths policy. And a garment cannot be returned if worn which doesn't make sense since it's weaknesses are often only identified when it's worn.
