Disappointed customer

I'm not happy with Truworths in Ulundi, Truworths is one of the largest companies I enjoy buying at but when it comes to Ulundi branch I become very disappointed of the fact that the store is stuffy during hot weathers and we all know Ulundi can be extremely hot yet the shop doesn't have aircons can something be done about this, I've recently moved to Ulundi and I've enrolled myself in online purchasing because I do not want to enter that stuffy place Atleast now I only enter when I need to collect my parcels
