Disappointed

I made an online order with Truworths online on 07/10/22 and when I track the order today on 13/10/22 online it still shows on progress. When I called Truworths online to track the order I was placed through verification of my account. After verification I was transferred back to online to track my order and made to hold the call forever without an explanation of how far my order is. I'm highly disappointed with the poor service I have received from Truworths online, I am even thinking of canceling the order as I do not know when I'll receive the order.
