Disappointed at Truworths

I got a watch as a birthday present and its too big. When I went to Truworths Gateway I was told that they don’t do alterations to watches if they are big. I was told I should go somewhere else as they wont be able to assist me. How can they sell something and fail to be able to service it meaning I have to pay money for it to be done. Pathetic service and rules . I was so disappointed.
