Disappointed.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at Truworths Corkwood Mall Uitenhage yesterday.

We were there to purchase a cellphone for my father. The cashier Ms Smith made comments that felt intrusive and judgemental.

She repeatedly asked who are we buying a cellphone for now and that she knows we like to buy cellphones for the whole family.

The service from her was appalling. Truworths you need to do better, train your staff to keep their comments to themselves. We don't go to the stores to be asked instructive questions or to be given looks when we need assistance.

We will never shop there again, neither will put friends and family.
