Disappointed

I requested a debit order on my Truworths account with the instruction that it must go off on the first of each month, as my salary always goes in on the last day of the previous month, on the 30th December 2016 Truworths debited my account, which naturally bounced due to insuffient funds as my salary only reflected on the 31st December 2016. This has not only had a negetive reflection on my credit scoring, but now I am constantly being hounded by Truworths for their mistake, I am one month behind on payment due to their failure to follow instruction, they are not only posting unpaid debt to my house, emailing me, texting me, phoning me, but now they have also been texting my 15 year old daughter asking for me to bring my account up to date! My account would be upto date if Truworths had not changed the date. I explained this to the call centre who said they would rework the installmets so it doesn't reflect negatively on my credit score, yet this was alos not fulfilled. Please sort this out immediately as I am not at fault here!
