Disappointed!!!

Really disappointed with the quality of good purchased from truworths online. I had purchased 2 sandals (o***) this year and to my surprise the sandals has opened. This is Truworths we speaking about, wasn’t quality supposed to be excellent. For a sandals to open up within a few months, this means quality has really been compromised
