Disappointed

I bought two pairs of shoes during tthe bblack Friday sale in Nov2019. I never got my order and called early Desember. Mashiano told me that they had system problems and apologized as my order was not on sale anymore. I re ordererd only the sneakers and got them. Since then, I called almost every month as the first order was never taken off my account. Almost six months later, I am still struggling with getting different resposes. With the last enquiry, it was ref to the finance team but it is still reflecting on my account. I send an e mail during lockdown and still await an answer.
