Disappeared funds

Hi on the 28 December 2020 i had R1100 in my account I didn't use it they send sms saying I have R113 then I called their customer service I spoke to Fafneen Sass i explain to her her response was that that money didn't belong to me truwoths can put money and take because they are generous

I asked her if is possible to put money in personal account and take back without me knowing she said yes .my question to her was can be a movement in my account without my knowledge the answer was yes .i quote"IF YOU WANT ME TO ADD MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT THAT WONT HAPPEN " close quote

"Your limit is R3700 where do you think that R1100 comes from "

I explained to her that if you say limit is R3700 but I am owing R4200 does that means I must not pay the rest of the balance I must only pay R3700 the answer was you pay full amount

I asked her if can i speak to her superior she told me that she is superior

In closing how can they put money in my account and the money disappear without being used and be told that they can put and take money as they wish because they are generous

This thing just happen now at about 11H15am 19.01.2021 customer care line
