Dirty Sanitizer bottles and rude staff

I have a serious problem with the manner Truworths managers treat customers I was at a store yesterday and after seeing about 10 people touch the same bottle to sanitize their hands and 1 lady proceeded to scratch in her nose before touching the sanitizing bottle I opted to use my OWN sanitizer not only for hygiene reasons but also due to the fact that I am allergic to most sanitizers.

Please explain the logic or reasoning behind forcing a client to only use your sanitizer?????????? If I have an allergic reaction will you pay for my doctors bills??

Also please note NO WHERE IN THE LAW DOES IT STATE I AM FORCED TO USE WHAT YOU PUT ON A TABLE FOR EVERYONE TO TOUCH!!!!!!!!! My sanitizer is 70% alcohol as stated on the bottle which according to Truworths is compulsory NICE OF YOU TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS SKIN CONDITIONS
