Dirty Disgusting Garment

Good day, purchased several items online. The delivery arrived yesterday and to my shock and horror I received an item that smelled funny and of deodorant. The price tag was in the pocket. Obviously I was sent a used item that I paid for which was supposed to be new. Totally disgusting and pathetic service. Order number O***, a black sherpa jacket. Now I am inconvenienced to go to a store to return. I reached out to Truworths on Social media with no response!
