Dirty and torn merchandise being sold by truworths

I am truworths loyal customer but my heart is sore with the service. I buy clothes every month @ truworths and every delivery I get there is somethin wrong with either 1 or 2 things. They deliver dirty clothes or they are torn. Its not something that can be missed because the last purchase I made they delivered a duvet inner storage bag that was torn all right round. Today I collected a pair of earthchild pink boots and they are very dirty its unacceptable. They look like someone tried to dry wash them with a black cloth which eventually made the situation worse as they are now black half side. So how does someon miss this. They are deliberatley posting low standard goods and hope we dont complain. Sometime in June I bought about 6 tshirts and one of them the white one was dirty and I was told by the store attendant to try and wash it at home. The last time I complained about the duvet inner storage bag that was torn I got a response from Caitlin who told me to return it to the store and I refused because sorry who is paying for the fuel all the ups and downs just to return something that you guys delivered knowing its sub standard. After a couple of days of following up I got an email from Thando telling me to go back to the store and get a new storage bag. Guess what the storage bag was meant for a 3/4 and my duvet inner was king size and yes I never got the king size bag so I keep the duvet inner in a bin liner. To say I am disappointed is the least especially from a store like truworths. Please stop selling sub standard things if they are dirty or torn this is unacceptable and frustrating. To top it off truworths festival mall store attendents have the worst service....those people are always in a bad mood, especially one of the managers. The only time I got the best service is when I was helped by Nomsa.
