Diisgusted by a representive from one of your collections companies

I am emailing with regards to an agent that called me from one of the companies that does your collections called MBD. I tried contacting them to speak to a manager there but the agent that I had got through to who's name is Njabulo Ngidi said that he was working from home and the agents are not able to transfer to any managers and the manager would get back to me within this week and he didn't see or would like there was any urgency in my complaint. An agent called me from this company on my contact number *** on the 03/02/2021 at 10:08am I know you can trace the call as they are recorded. This agent was infact looking for my mom with regards to her truworths account. I will not go into the details of the call but please look for it and listen to it. I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism and the utter disrespect from this agent. and I will not tolerate it. If this is what truworths align themselves with,you are going to lose alot of business. Please look into this. Awaiting your response. Thanks
