Difficulty in getting paid up or settlement letters
Difficulty in getting a paid up letter :
I am currently been given the run around by this business and DMC legal.
I need a paid up letter for my account. I call or email Truworths , they refer me to legal or to DMC . I call DMC , they can't find my account and suggest that I call every week until my account is allocated .
No one can help me solve this concern, instead everyone follows policy and refers me without reading my email or understanding my concern.

I have a serious issue that I am to put in writing as my phone calls fall on deaf ears.
I have had an account with you. This account was subsequently handed to legal but no one in your organisation can assist me with a statement , selttlemenr letter etc etc .
I am currently in debt review and need this account settled or a paid up/ prescription letter from yourselves . I cannot exit debt review because of this account .
No one in your organisation can assist me with such and it has been over 5 weeks of calling .
I am not calling a third party collections company and I am only dealing with you company .

I am no emailing *** . It seemed as if they were going to help , and then zero responses again and I am still sitting in the same spot.
I don't think that I am the only victim. They bait us all with easy credit when we are younger and naive . No one forced us to use the credit either.
But the mere fact that I am unable to get a certificate of balance in 6 weeks does call for concern.
I am only trying to clear my name on the bureau's , is that to much to ask considering my plans to settle down.
Truworths equals useless institution with zero internal processes and procedures when it pertains to legal settlements. Imagine being held Ransom for 2000 rand - wow .
