Different prices on identical items
I am extremely appalled by the terrible service I received from Truworths in Vaal Mall. On the 8th of March 2015 I went there, and saw nice pair of sneakers, the price tag was R320.00. When I got to the till point I was advised that the sneakers were R499.00. The code type on the one that was labeled R320.00 and the one they say it was R499.00 was the same. They said it must have been a mistake, but then ironically when I asked them to show me a shoe that was R320.00 they said they did not have any shoe in stock that was R320.00.
