D&G Perfume leaking after a year store won’t help R2000 price tag

I got a truworths account I bought a mens perfume 200 ml R2000last year April 2021 pavilion dbn the bottle was always upright in my cupboard I went on holiday this year June bottle was put into my suitcase wen I reach destination unpack my stuff bottle is leaking I went to store in Jhb truworths they said go back to store u bought it thats pavilion Durban the is still half a bottle of perfume left I have been to pavilion 2 weeks ago wit no help.bear in mind this is bought on my account they cannot pick up on system over 1 year we called head office to get it from system the lady in perfume section had a look at my perfume asked me if I dropped it? She took my number down and said she will call me but I still wait till now the bottle is sweating n dripped at the neck of bottle an not spraying so now wat must I do no help from store
