Deteriorating quality of merchandise

I have been a loyal Truworths customer for many years and this month I need to return 3 garments that are defective. This is after i've had not one, but two ****** Mary handbags break. The first time i was one month shy of the 6 months return period so they refused to let me return it, and i decided to replace it anyway with another ****** Mary bag. Low and behold that one broke too. Just disappointed to see how the quality of such an expensive store has deteriorated.
