Firstly: I'm ******* and I find it very uncomfortable using the woman's fitting rooms

Whilst we acknowledge your frustration in this regard we wish to advise that our policies are in place for the protection of our customers and therefore must be adhered to at all times.
We believe that the Manager attempted to accommodate you in this regard by suggesting that you make use of a fitting room that was not occupied but you regrettably declined.
We value you as a customer and the feedback you have provided. We wish to convey that this policy is not in place to cause our customers any inconvenience or upset and we regret that it had been perceived in this manner.
