***** department

I had the incident that people open a false accounts on my name and since i reported it to the ***** department of Truworths and indentity in January on the 16th a month went by and i didnt received any feed back i went to the shop to find out if there is any changes they call the ***** department and was notified that they will send a letter via email till today the 20th February im still waiting
