Denim pants advertised on sale but no sale tape cornered off.. Manager Sunnyboy refused to assist us in buying with the advertised price

We have investigated your concerns raised and liaised with the Store Manager of the store in question.
We were informed that on the day of your visit to the store, they were still in the process of marking down the items for the sale that was only due to commence on 27 December 2017.
Even though you were informed of the procedures involved with any upcoming sale, and there were signage up in store to indicate when the sale was due to start, you were not pleased with the manner in which you were attended to.
We believe that the matter was escalated to the respective Regional Manager, and that it has subsequently been satisfactorily resolved.
