denied clearance letter

<p>Hyy name is Thoko Modupe.i had an account with truworths.the last time i used the account was in 2012 and since then i havent used it.i tried to take a new cellphone cotract with vodacom and they told me my contract has been declined because i havent paid truworths very well so it had a bad impact on my credit status.i went to truworths and asked fr a balance statement and it showed R0.00 then after a few minutes they said i needed to pay R130.00.i payed the amount but it reflected as negetive on my slip.now i need a clearance/settlement letter and thy turn me up and down.they send me different numbers of people who they say they have my account.there name is Amplisol.now they tell me to get a lawyer if i want a clearance letter.</p>

We have reviewed your account and can verify that it was indeed handed over to Amplisol and is therefore no longer on our records.
