Denied a heavily pregnant woman rest rooms
<p>Precious mapanga, a kuruman truworths manager denied my pregnant wife a toilet to urinate and the nearest public toilet is 1.5km away </p>

Whilst you were correctly informed by the manager that the toilet facility in store is not available for public use, the manager could have handled the matter in a more appropriate manner.
