Delivery status showing out for delivery

I placed an order online on the 24th of September 2025. WhatsApp service shows that the order is out for delivery. It has been out for delivery for a week and I still cannot see any progress. Truworths online shopping deliveries are always slow and very poor. Disappointed yet again Truworths.
