DELIVERY ONLINE ORDER ISSUES WITH TRUWORTHS

I have placed an online order from Truworths on the 27th February 2023 today it’s the 9th of March 2023 I haven’t received my order, when I called they said my order is with the courier they tried contacting me but they couldn’t find me, secondly they told me they don’t have my address for delivery.

I just had an extreme terrible experience with this order as it was purchased for a function but I could receive it and they are so untruthful and rendering lame excuses, trying to scapegoating me, how would they have delivered my order if they don’t have my adress? I wouldn’t recommend online purchase with Truworths to anyone till they sort their issues with their couriers it’s so pathetic.

Todays marks 9th March I don’t have my order yet it was purchased on the 27th of February this is a very poor customer service.
