I am very disappointed. How can it take so long to get an account card? The lady at one of your stores said it can take up to 6 months? what?! Its been 2 months now without a card!.
Cant I just pick it up at one of the stores? clearly waiting for the delivery has not helped. Please deliver it at one of the stores.
