Delayed Cash Refund

I bought this yellow ombre dress from your Walmer Park branch on the 31st of December 2018. After one wash the dress had been spoiled. Sunday 6th Jan, I went back to Walmer Park to return it. Your staff had no problem with me returning it, but they said they had no money to refund me as I purchased with a debit card and I am supposed to get a cash refund. This is not the first time I've had such issues with returning an item and getting my money back. Now I ask you to let the Greenacres branch now that I will be returning the dress there as it will be more convenient for me then the Walmer Park.
