i will never ever in my life buy from this store they ruin my life.<br> i was young and naive offered me so big credit because i was good payer. i felt for it the moment i lost my jost i told them i cant pay i will pay whatever amount i can pay if get money to show i am willing to pay. but what they did is to list me as default.i was not provided not provided with the 20 day notice period for the listing of default information. this is unfair i will take this further.

We have liaised with our Legal Department, and according to our records your account has been transferred to Munnik Basson Dagama (MBD), who is administering your account on our behalf.
We confirm that payments were received in respect to your account mentioned and thank you for these. This being said the payments were not sufficient to cover the arrears due resulting in it being handed over to the mentioned collecting agency.
As a Credit Granting company we are required to submit a report to the Credit Bureaus on a monthly basis, providing factual information on how the account is being managed.
We can confirm that letters were issued to you on 15 January, 14 February and 14 March 2015, informing you of the default listing. We further confirm that none of these letters were returned.
As your Truworths account has been handed over to MBD, we urge you to contact them for any further payment arrangements on ***/4.
