Defective watch
I purchased a bad girl watch from the Truworths at Cornubia on the 24th July. It was given as a gift to my niece, we discovered that the watch was not working. Unfortunately I was only able to take it to the store again on 13 August, it is difficult to have time when I am not with my kids, so that I can go shopping. I attended the chatsworth truworths and although the staff was helpful, I was told the watch needs to go in for repairs now. There was also a slight scratch on the back of the watch, which I can't understand as it was never even worn. Truworths should take accountability for selling a completely defective product. People purchase things as gifts and this is an embarrassing experience. Repairs will take 6 to 8 weeks or even more. I would now need to go out and buy another gift for the child, which is an unnecessary expense during these difficult times of covid
