Additionally, the shimmer from the fabric transferred onto her skin and clothing, affecting not only her but also those who came into contact with her. This is not the standard of quality I have come to expect from Truworths. While I understand that occasional issues may arise, I would recommend reviewing your quality assurance processes to prevent similar incidents in the future.
