Defective Pants

I bought pants at the west Street Durban branch on the 12 May 2022 with great excitement to be disappoint by the quality of these pants, I wore them once and they suddenly stretched like stockings and I am very unhappy with this material very unlike truworths. When ever I purchase an item from truworths I'm always sure it's great quality and I do not mind paying the price because for years I have trusted this brand but now I am very disappointed and appalled by the way the store manager handled my complaint she was only concerned with me bringing a price tag back not listening to my frustration . Yet I had my invoice.

The material used here is not good and making these pants look strange so fast.
