Defective Clothing

Where do I even begin after being embarrassed at my year end function. I received a ****** mary dress as a gift in October, upon opening the gift I saw it was torn on the side, o overlooked it as a minor issue,and had it sewn and keep away for my end function. So today the day arrives for me to wear the beautiful dress, everything was perfect, untill someone called me aside and said "your dress is torn at the back", I was devastated, I couldn't wait to get home. This isn't the first time I have had quality issues with Truworths and ****** mary, I still have a new jeans that I purchased 2 years ago torn and lying in the drawer, with no help from Truworths, despite my emails that where sent.

So disappointed,charge such exorbitant prices,with minimal quality!
