Why some people really just like taking advantange and cause hustle especially for black single mother. Why I fill I have to always have my guard up. Why can't it be as it is in paper. Why do you have to fight for what is rightfully yours and when you know you did right... now I have to persue a case and spend time"

Upon receipt of your post we liaised with our legal department. We were informed that the regulation mention in your post, only applies to paid up judgments and defaults as at the end of April 2014. At the time that these regulations were published your account was in fact up to date. Your account status was sent to the bureaus until February 2015.
At the end of March 2015 your account was handed over and adverse information was sent to the bureaus. We confirm that following your previous post we informed you of this. The adverse listing will remain on bureau records for 12 months and your payment profile will be updated according to how you manage your account. Once your account is paid up the account status will be updated at the bureaus within 7 working days.
We trust that we were able to adequately respond to your query and clarified any concerns you may have had.
