Declined to exchange a gifted item with attitude

Worst service ever, I visited the gateway store today to exchange an item that was a gift and I was told I cannot exchange it because it was worn, the gift was purchased Saturday and I'm returning Monday, Im told they can't change it because it has been overworn, I'm really angry and disappointed that I have to keep an item I don't like at all.

Please don't ever bother buying a gift or even do your shopping at that brand, they are useless as if it's a kasi owned, common sense tells you, how can a show be overworn in 2 days. FOCUS and shift your shopping to different brand coz Wow
