DECEIVED BY TRUWORTHS

I had a limit of R2000 which was later increased to R3500 with my concern. To this day my current balance is sitting on R5754,20. The last time I asked for an increase was R3500. When I contacted the shop the mentioned that they gave me a CUTION INCREASE. How does it happen that the shop offers me a credit according credit affordability and expenditure increase my limit without any communication whatsoever. Why in the first place I was only limited to R3500 only to be changed afterwards when it suit them to increase my limit... If it was any fine print written or that I probably signed I need to know/ see the proof stating that its within your rights to exceed my limit my without my knowledge. Does Credit Act allow this? I'm really flabbergasted by this....Why give LIMITS if you still going to have another credit added on credit. This is *******.....
