DEBT CARD PURCHASE

I bought a skirt on Friday the 25th of august 2017 in Adderley street. Payment method was a debt card. I returned the skirt in promenade on sunday the 27/08/2017 and they didn't have the skirt. I then wanted a refund. I was told that the my money will be refunded back in my card within 7 working days. I told them I don't understand as this is a debt card not a credit card. why must I wait for that long to get my money. this is the first that I have encountered. I then lodged a complaint with their customer service. I was told that the complaints department will call me on Monday. I haven't received any phone call yet. I decided to call them myself and I am being passed from this person to the other. this is just unacceptable. I want my money and refuse to wait for 7 days to wait for my money
