debiting my account with no autherisation
woke up this morning to find truworths has deducted money off my bank account- when i queried with the call centre- there is no moneys reflected on my accounts and the call centre consultant- pamela joshua-she cant help. i have never given truworths permission to deduct money off my account, they have no authority as per their system. and their response is they cant help.<br> so why has R1100 been deducted off my bank account for truworths? their response- we cant do anything?<br> so how am i going to get my money back that is in my bank for a valid debit order when is now probably going to bounce due to truworths incompetence.
