DEBIT ORDER PAYMENT NOT GOING OFF!
I have a debit order with Truworths that goes off every month. I received an sms today to remind me to pay my account before the 5th of September. When I had a look on my bank statement it didn't go off on the debit order date. I phoned customer care, and they told me there was a clash on their system, and I have to go into a Truworths store to make the payment.

I HAVE A DEBIT ORDER, now Truworths makes it my problem that the system clashed and I have to make the payment at their stores before the 5th of September. WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM??????

The operator was unprofessional and I feel that the manner in which she handled the situation is unacceptable.
