In December 2020 I requested a statement from Truworths asmy online account was not making sense with regards to the available balance. Account was paid in December 2020 and I had not made any purchase after payment. Today I log into my online profile and to my surprise - my available credit is somewhat lower than it was in December and my balance brought forward is higher then it was after payment made in December 2020.

I sent an email to *** & they just not getting to the point, instead they sending me their catalogues and statements that I did not request!!!!
