I have had a very bad experience with truworths customer service at Giyani Masingita Mall. Someone needs to train Batho Pele Principles shima moake the so called unskilled manager there. i want to return an oversized dress that i bought in the their store but she refuses because i am giving her a copy of the receipt that she demaned earlier in the week. When i broght it she refuses. What the hell i do with this this big sized. I WANT MY MONEY BACK truworths....
