Day Light *******

I bought a pair of Kappa shoes online for R360 on Sale for my sister's birthday gift. Unfortunately the size 6 I bought couldn't fit. So I needed a size 7. She works closer to Clearwater mall, so she took the shoe for Exchange there. Unfortunately they did not have a size 7. They then checked on the system and found a size 7 at Westgate Mall. Today, Saturday the 24th, she then went to Westgate Mall with the Proof Of Payment for her to exchange. I mean, We are still within the Exchange period. However, she was told that the shoe is on sale but the sale amount has gone up to R700 and something so she must pay the difference! This is utter nonsense, I mean, how do I buy something for R360 and you still have stock (remember I secured it for R360) why then do I have to be punished for a price increase whereas your policy states I can exchange the shoe at any Truworths. The sad part is the cashier then advised my sister to take a R360 refund. Meaning all my efforts of getting her a gift are now in vain!!! I am truly disappointed at the service received. The cashier was supposed to have called the Manager to Authorize the transaction and allow her to take a size 7 and leave the size 6. They would still be left with a size 6 which they can still sell for that R700 and something of theirs. Unfortunately my sister is not one to argue and was given the R 360 cash as there was no shoe amounting to R360. Question is: since I bought this size 6 for R360 are they going to sell at that price??? I bet not...this was pure day light ******* at Truworths Westgate Mall!!!! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AT THIS!!!
