Day light *******

I payed my account on the 1st of August at office London for Truworths account, till to date the money is not reflecting that I made the payment. I've sent e mails with POP and made calls , still there's no one is attending to my query the only thing I receive is the overdue statements that has inquire interest today it's the 17th still the issue is not sorted. I'm very disappointed the quick to call you when you miss the payment but don't care when they done you wrong. With all the proof I provided but the can't sort my account and put it up to date.
