date change
my debit order has been running smoothly on the 20th of every month as per a telephonic agreement with you guys and this month it has been changed to the 19th which caused it to bounce this month and my bank has charged me for that i wanna know why it has changed n who authorized it as i spoke to a lady there who told me it was initially set for the 17th and 18th i asked why would i do that when i get paid on the 20th ...Please sort this out as well as with my bank charge of R100..really bad
