Daniel Hechter bag handle loose

I bought a bag Daniel Hechter at truworth in klerksdorp last year December, I work far away from home so I started using my bag mid January. Mid February the bags handle become loose so I called headquarters before going to the store because I know they wont help me. They told me to go and speak to the manager and I did the past Saturday 20th February, not surprised at all she didnt wa t to help me or she wasnt helpful at all. Firstly she greeted but with that I'm not interested because you dont have a receipt, and when I explained to her that she must check her records she said that one will not help her ahe wants the original one. How am I supposed to have a receipt that I have already threw away and u didnt expect the bag to give in so soon. Her words were the headquarters knows the procedure so with that original receipt she wont help me. Even when I said I dont want to exchange or the money can you just fix it the answer was nooooo. I was getting angry so I decided to go, anyone that goes and shop for expensive bags there please look carefully at your bags handle and remember to always keep your receipts even after a year. I am disappointed that I have a bags that is just sitting in my room and it costs me an arm and a leg. The manger there doesnt have people skills and I work in the hospitality industry sooooo
