Damaged watch and No Response
I purchased a Hallmark watch in Dec and not even a month later the strap of the watch broke! I took the watch back on 24 January and it was sent in, it's 5 weeks later and I still don't have an answer after phoning numerous times and speaking to the supervisor! According to the supervisor the supplier doesn't answer. You are making your problem mine! I don't want the watch, I want my money, but they are now refusing because the supplier did not authorise it! It was a Christmas gift, how embarrassing for me to tell my husband that you have to satisfied with not having a present.
