Damaged shoes

Truworths hazyview service is poor and they don’t know what they doing. Someone bought shoes for me as a gift and they are damaged within a space of 2 months , took it to them to exchange for me on Saturday the 14th of June 2025 the lady I got called a manager and they said I must wash them , went home to wash them when I returned on Monday the 16th of June they told me they can’t give me another pair , the person who bought the shoes must come and buy for me again and they return the money to the credit card which they swiped. This made it 2 stories , I mean I don’t want cash but shoes. It’s not even the first time I bought those type of shoes and they got damaged in no time. This is failed quality and all I want is a new pair of shoes nothing else .
