Damage dress

Im so disappointed and ****ed with truworths, i had acc with them over 10 yrs, i bought a dress at bela bela branch, i tried to wear it the following day then it torn apaart.i return it same day at modi mall branch, they told me it can take up to 2 month to get feedback, they called me beginning of January to tell me that it has been rejected i dnt know on what ground becouse is not my fault, im just left with 1 month and ill close it and never look back.
