Customers treated like garbage

My mother was treated awfully yesterday at Truworths Chris Hani Crossing the 7th June 2023. She took an item of clothing on the rack (black jacket) and as she went to pay for it, she was told that this item is not for purchase. It was then snatched from her hands by a Viola Masinga(Employer of Truworths). Who then blatantly said, she can complain if she wants - nothing will happen. The attitude was horrible. Terrible customer service.
